He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by International Coaching Federation (ICF), USA. He is also a Certified Mentor Coach accredited by Coach Cachet, USA. In addition, he is a Certified Coach Supervisor accredited by International Centre for Coaching Supervision (ICCS), UK. He is the First Certified Coach Supervisor in Thailand who is Thai.

How I work with my clients.


1. Discovery Session
(60 mins) (free of charge, no obligation)

  • Discuss client’s aspirations, goals, challenges, expectations and measure of success.
  • Chemistry check between coach and a potential client for working together.

2. Coaching Agreement (when both coach and client decide to go ahead with coaching)

  • Sign a coaching agreement.
  • Payment of coaching package.

3. Coaching Session

  • Each session takes around 60-90 mins via Zoom meeting application.
  • A number of coaching sessions follow the type of coaching package chosen by client.

4. Support between coaching sessions (optional; however, encouraged by the coach because the support could enhance probability of success of client.

  • Coaching journal (optional)
  • Coaching summary (optional)
  • Email or WhatsApp message to support client.
  • Additional resources; e.g., reading materials, etc. (optional; depend on client’s needs)

5. Result Measurement

  • There is a measurement of results that a client has achieved from coaching.

In order for the coachee to get totally transformed, the coachee must be able to become aware of oneself, the so-called, “Self-Awareness”. Once the coachee has “self-awareness”, he/she will automatically be “awakened” from their problems, negative thoughts and/or undesirable circumstances. And after the awakening, there will certainly be “bliss” taking place. This transformational coaching model is… the “Process” and also “Outcome” in itself. The Coach who uses this model is what I call, “The Designer Coach”. The coach who designs his coaching conversation in real time while dancing with the coachee to resonate with “the who” of the coachee in order to facilitate “self-awareness”, “awakening” (epiphany) and “bliss” of the coachee to take place transformationally. The coach may use “Reflective Inquiry” and “Personal Iceberg Metaphor” as the tools to help the coachee understand and have awareness of oneself.

Atip’s 4C Model: Cultivating Culture Beyond Value

1.Create
  • Design Your Culture
  • Leaders decide the core values they desire to leverage them to cultures.
  • Choose one core value to be worked on at a time in order to stay focused and prevent distractions.
  • Come up with examples of key behaviors to demonstrate that core value.
2.Communicate
  • Create awareness and understanding of that core value and its related behaviors among all employees.
  • Make sure everyone becomes aware and understands them very well.
  • Leaders talk about that specific culture first.
  • Use all communication channels through all touch points.
3.Condition
  • Use positive reinforcement by making the culture a habit.
  • Build simple daily rituals such as meeting ritual: start off with talking about that culture first.
  • Connect that culture to daily tasks, workflows and work processes.
  • Leaders need to be the role models of the desired behaviors related to that culture.
4.Conclude
  • Review and reflect: see what’s working, what’s not and adjust.
  • Measure the progress: what gets measured gets progress.
  • Ask for feedback: update as needed
  • When cultivating a culture is concluded as ‘a success’, then we can create another culture by following the same 4C cycle in a complete loop for creating another culture.
