The Magic of Coaching

Just like a story of Aladdin’s lamp, the magic could happen with coaching and coachees. With the aid of the genie of the lamp, Aladdin becomes rich and powerful and marries the princess who’s the sultan’s daughter. The genie builds Aladdin and his bride a wonderful palace, far more magnificent than the sultan’s.

The right coaching is like the genie of the lamp. It can help our clients or coachees to go from Point A (where they are) to Point B (where they want to be). This is where the real magic happens!!!
