Dilemma: A CEO decided to embark on her own new business. She lacked self-confidence, was stressful and had unstable mind due to worrying about the high risks of her new business and fear of failure.
Goal: To get her ‘CEO’s confidence’ back, become less stressful and have a peace of mind.
Now the CEO could get back her self-confidence, become less stressful and have more peace of mind to continue on with her new business. She has been empowered by the coaching conversations with vigorous strategies and action steps to move forward with more clarity and confidence.
Dilemma: A Senior executive had a burn-out due to too much workload and all-day meetings. The stressful work situation caused her to go home very late about 10pm-midnight for almost every day. She gained 10 kg. of bodyweight due to very late dinner after work.
This is a classic case of work-life balance and time management issue for most of executives and leaders in most organizations.
Goal: To have a better work-life balance and better time management at office.

Dilemma: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a resort hotel faced a difficult financial situation as a result of 50% reduction in a total number of clients. The hotel management needed the marketing strategies to increase a total number of clients in order to improve the financial situation.
Goal: To come up with the marketing strategies to increase a total number of clients.
This resort hotel could increase a total number of clients from 50% up to 80%-100% in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic crisis.
Dilemma: An executive wanted to make a decision BETWEEN 1) using the money from selling his old house to pay off the remaining debts of the new house that he just moved in and becoming a freeman. AND 2) using that same amount of money to buy another house and rent it out to earn some income from it. But with this option, he would create the new debts in the process because of a price gap.
Goal: To come up with the best decision between the 2 options by the end of the coaching session.
At the end of the session, this executive could make his decision with more clarity and confidence. When he looked back to the decision, he was very happy with it!
Dilemma: A celebrity had a very serious relationship issue with his wife. His wife wanted a divorce.
Goal: To resolve the relationship issue and start over a relationship with his wife.
The relationship with his wife was immensely improved. There’re fewer quarrels and less severe than before. The couple could start over and live happily together once again.
Dilemma: An executive had a stress management issue. She could not sleep well at night and felt heavy on her shoulder all day long. The stress was affecting her physical and mental health.
Goal: To come up with practical strategies to reduce stress as quickly as possible.
The executive’s both physical and mental health were significantly improved leading to higher productivity and accomplishments in her personal and professional life.
Dilemma: An executive received a negative feedback from his boss that he was not visible or influential enough for his job grade.
Goal: To become more influential or more visible in the organization, especially in the eyes of the CEO and Senior Executives.
This executive became increasingly visible and influential in his organization. The CEO and Senior executives seek his ideas and recommendations for important business projects.
Dilemma: A celebrity wanted to increase his monthly income from a life insurance business.
Goal: To double his monthly income with a life insurance business within 12 months.
This celebrity could double and even triple his monthly income from this life insurance business within just 3 months after the first coaching session.
Dilemma: A Senior executive gained 10 kg of his bodyweight due to several months of Covid-19 Lockdown. This extra-weight seriously affected both his physical and mental health. He felt so miserable due to this extra-weight gain.
Goal: To reduce 10 kg of bodyweight in order to get back to his normal bodyweight.
This Senior Executive could lose 10 kg within 3 months after first coaching session. He slept better and felt better with himself. He could wear his old clothes again and felt so comfortable in his own skin. He gained more life energy and better quality of life.
Dilemma: An executive wanted to make a decision to join or not to join the Christmas and New Year Party. He usually celebrated and joined the Christmas and New Year Party with his family, relatives and friends every year. And he loved this festive season so much that he couldn’t miss a year to celebrate it. However, this year due to the global pandemic, he was hesitant to join the party although the government specially allowed the people to celebrate and get together with families and relatives in the midst of the lockdown.
Goal: To come up with a concrete decision whether to join or not to join the party.
This executive made a firm decision NOT to join the party because he valued health more than Christmas/NY party. He didn’t want to put people’s health and his own health at risk. The alternate option, he could celebrate the “virtual Christmas” with family and relatives via the Zoom online meeting application instead. He believed this was the sensible and responsible way to do for your loved ones.
