I strongly believe that… before we’ll be able to lead other people well, we need to lead our “self” well first! If you cannot lead your “self” well, you won’t be able to lead other people well.
You’ll need to become a good “self-leader” prior to becoming a good “people-leader”. Fundamentally, there are two major kinds of leadership. First, it’s “Self-leadership”. Second, it’s “People-leadership”.
To become a good “self-leader”, you’ll need to master these 7 key areas of life transformation. Below is a “Self-Mastery” framework for your consideration:
Time is our most valuable resource. Mastering your time involve, setting clear goals, prioritizing tasks and managing your schedule effectively. By doing so, you can maximize productivity and ensure that you are dedicating time to activities that align with your personal and professional goals.
