Key Life Process for Life Transformation: Think, Feel, Act

The Secret to “Life Transformation” comes down to these 3 Things in the Key Life Process:

  1. Think
  2. Feel
  3. Act
  1. Think

If we think positive thoughts and/or reframe our negative thoughts into the positive ones, we’ll be able to transform our emotional state from negative into positive one as well. That’s why there’s a quote, “The difficult situations happen FOR YOU, not to you.” This is to help reframe your thoughts from negative to positive ones.

There have been many studies about the thinking of human brain and the mental process that humans use to think, read, learn, remember, reason, pay attention, and, ultimately, comprehend information and turn it into knowledge. This is where the subject of “Neuroscience” comes in to play, and including the study of IQ (Intelligence Quotient).

  1. Feel

When we can transform our emotional state from negative into positive one, we can act or behave positively. So, we’ll be able to transform our behaviors from negative into positive ones. That’s why there’s a quote, “Change your emotional state, then you can change your life.” This is because when we change our emotional state, then we’ll change our behavior as a result of it.

There have been many studies about the emotional and feeling aspects of human. And one of the most popular subjects is EQ (Emotional Quotient) or Emotional Intelligence.

  1. Act

When we act or behave in such a way that helps create the positive causes or factors for success, we can and will become successful. This is because whenever we act or behave or take any action, there are always a consequence of our action. That’s why there’s a quote, “The path to success is to take massive, determined action.” This is the importance of Action. According to Buddhism, it’s called, “Law of Karma”. If we do good deed, we’ll always get good consequence/result. If we do bad deed, we’ll always get bad consequence/result.

There have been many studies about human actions and behaviors, actions-based learnings, action learning, action-research approach, behavioral science, behavioral change, etc. 

Think –> Feel –> Act

This is an actual life process that’s always going on in our lives as long as we’re still alive and it never stops. So, we can always make use of this life process for our benefits, life transformation and for the life direction that we aspire to travel to.

The secret to mastering and taking control of this critical life process is… “mindfulness” and “self-awareness”. We need to be mindful of our thinking, feeling and action in the present moment. We need to have self-awareness at all times while we’re still awake. When we’re being mindful of this critical life process in the present moment, we’ll have the power to change our thinking, feeling and action in an instant. Only then can we transform our lives for the better!!!
