Embracing a Miracle of the Present Self in the Present Moment

” We always have a power and freedom to reinvent our “self” in the here and now. ”

If we’ve come to observe ourselves more closely and become more self-aware, we’ll be able to see and understand the truth that we’re always born with a “New Self” in each and every single moment.

Our “old self” always ends with “old forms, old feelings, old recognitions, old mental formations and old consciousness” when the time goes by.

Our “new self” always emerges with “new forms, new feelings, new recognitions, new mental formations and new consciousness” when the time goes by.

With this insight as discovered in Buddhism, we are able to renew and regenerate our “self” in each and every single moment. We can let go of our painful and/or undesirable past.

We have a power and freedom to focus our consciousness, thoughts, feelings and actions on the present moment– “the here and now” in order to grow and develop to become a better version of ourselves.

With this same insight, we truly understand that… “our past doesn’t equal our present and our future!” This is because… by nature, we are always being “renewed” and regenerated in each and every single moment.

Our past whether it’s a happy or miserable past, it has already ended. We can’t bring our past back. Our past has forever gone. And our past “self” has gone, too! Our past self doesn’t exist in the here and now. So, never go live in the past.

Our future whether it’s a hopeful or hopeless future, it has not arrived yet. Our future self also doesn’t exist in the here and now yet. So, never go live in the future.

That’s why the present moment (the here and now) and the present self are the most important elements. That’s why the secret of success and happiness lies in the “present moment” and our “present self”.

The “present moment” is the “magical moment”. Relatively speaking, it only lasts a second or even a fraction of second! Then, it’s gone and become the past in an instant!

The “present self” is the “miraculous self”. With this miraculous self, we have our freedom and power to think, feel and act (behave, make decisions, say, etc.) in the present moment in such a way that we can be at our best self and we won’t regret the consequences of our thoughts, feelings and actions that would follow in the future.

Our magical power and freedom truly lie in… our “present self” and in the “present moment”. So, use it wisely and meaningfully.

If you’re keen on this kind of spiritual awareness and personal growth, then let’s talk!
