This evolution came to life during a recent session with a client—let’s call him John—a high-performing executive in the tech industry. John’s goal was clear: “I want to learn how to accelerate my career growth.” He aimed for a next-level global leadership position and knew his technical skills were strong. As the session revealed: “If you want to get promoted fast, you’ll need to build good connections with the people who can give you that position.”
